Training and support services to enable individuals with significant psychiatric functional limitations to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. This service is focused on assisting clients to live independently. This service is not a substitute for mental health counseling or psychotherapy. Criteria for admission is as follows.

  • Intensive Community Treatment

  • Program of Assertive Community

  • Treatment

  • Temporary Detention Order (TDO)

Services

  • Individualized and customized treatment plans

  • Practical skills training

  • Safety plan development and implementation

  • Monitoring of mental and physical health

  • Teaching independent living skills to include: medication management, personal hygiene, nutrition, food preparation, financial planning, employment skills, and coping skills.
